On March 12, CELIOS and KSPI (Indonesian Trade Union Confederation) hosted a workshop titled “Advancing Workers’ Rights in a Just Energy Transition” to strengthen labor advocacy within the national energy transition agenda. The workshop brought together trade unions to align strategies for placing workers’ rights at the center of transition policies. The first session presented the 2025 Energy Transition Outlook, including updates on JETP progress. The second session focused on integrating worker protections into key instruments such as the revision of the Labor Law and bipartite/tripartite agreements at local and company levels.
